Money-Back Guarantee allows customers to request funds reimbursement in the below-discussed cases. If the customer's request does not fall in any of the described categories, they can contact our support staff to discuss the nature of their request.
Order Cancellation
If a customer decides to cancel an order, the following rules are applied;
- A 100% refund is made when an order was yet to be assigned to a writer and the customer decides to cancel it.
- On the other hand, if a customer requests for order cancellation when a writer is already working on it, refunds are made proportionally to the amount of uncompleted work. Besides, such a refund can not exceed 80% due to the introductory research and operational expenses incurred by the company. A client also reserves the right to request an unfinished paper.
Late Delivery
A customer can request a Time Delivery Difference Compensation for an order delivered past the deadline. This kind of compensation is calculated depending on the time of delay and determining what would have been the price if the order was placed including the delayed period. A customer is not eligible for Time Delivery Difference Compensation if the following cases occur;
- If the delay is resulted by the customer. This includes delayed payment, delayed variance payment for order modification, delayed sharing of necessary materials/sources, or failure to respond to our questions promptly.
- The inability to receive the order on time due to technical challenges such as customer's internet provider, browser, or computer system failure.
- When a customer extends the deadline willingly.
Poor Quality Claims
- If a customer is not satisfied with our work and requests compensation, an investigation is initiated by our Quality Assurance Team. The customer is obliged to provide extensive proof describing the mismatch between the order instructions and the completed work. The final decision concerning the customer's claim is based on the final results of such an investigation. Note; the compensation can not exceed 70% for instances where the customer had requested a revision since this confirms the customer had partially accepted the completed piece of work. However, this does not apply to revisions that require redoing the order afresh.
- In case of a bad grade, the compensation request can not be treated as valid. This is because our work is meant for research and reference purposes and may not be submitted as the customer's own work.
- If the claim is about an unoriginal paper, a Turnitin plagiarism report will be required to ascertain this opinion. Any other report won't be recognized by the Quality Assurance Team during the investigation.
- If a poor quality claim is for an "Editing or Proofreading" order, an investigation may not be conducted if the reasons given are contextual in nature. An "Editing or Proofreading" order does not guarantee significant changes (up to 30%) from the already written paper structure.
- A poor quality claim for orders with a 12-hour deadline or less may be declined. This is because the quality of an urgent task may be jeopardized by short time frames.
Order Details/Preferences
- A client may request for a specific writer to handle an order by inserting the writer ID number in the order form. By doing so, the client acknowledges that the selected writer may not be available to take the order. When such circumstances arise, the company holds the right to assign the order to the best available writer with a similar performance level to the preferred writer.
- A non-applied discount is not eligible for a refund. Its the customer's sole responsibility to countercheck all the order details when placing the order. The customer is also free to consult our Customer Support Team to learn more about the available offers and discounts.
Procedure
To initiate a compensation request, the client must contact our Support Team within 14 days from the order delivery date. The billing department will later require 7 days to review the request and get back to the client via email with a resolution of the claim. The company reserves the right to request additional information that can help to resolve the claim appropriately.
Refund Processing
After refund confirmation, the company will take 7 days to process it. The company is not liable for bank transfer fees or possible delays due to bank procedures. Only amounts exceeding $10 are eligible for compensation.
